Write & Illustrate your Very Own Book!
Starting: Monday 6th February
Duration: 8 weeks
Age: 5+
Time: 4.30pm - 5.30pm
The students will write and illustrate a book about a special event that they have experienced, eg a holiday, first day at school, sporting event, arrival of a little brother or sister, new family pet etc.
Once the story has been illustrated and written, the images and text will be scanned, set and printed ready for the students to construct the cover.
The project will run over the entire term incorporating the following stages:
Ideas/writing story
Sketches and ideas for illustrations (roughs)
Final illustrations
Selecting appropriate fonts for text and placement of the text
Book cover construction
Completed books-yay!
(Additional copies may be ordered for $25.00 ea.)

Cost
$200.00 for the term (10% discount for sibblings), includes all materials and services. To secure your child’s place, check with us for availability - a deposit of $50.00 is required (see below for payment options). Because this project requires a full term to complete, full term bookings only. If students are away due to illness make-up classes are available.
